One platform. Not fifty country products.
HR software was built country-by-country. That's how you end up with five HRIS logins, three payroll vendors, and a spreadsheet that everyone secretly still trusts.
We're building HRPortal.ai because the last generation of HR software solved for a world where global companies were rare and AI was a demo. Both changed.
The three assumptions we're rejecting
- A different product per country. Legacy vendors sold you a US HRIS, an India payroll, a UK compliance tool. The data model failed at the border. One employee, four systems, zero trust in the numbers.
- AI as a bolt-on. Adding a chat bubble to a 2005 architecture isn't AI-first. It's AI-adjacent. HRPortal was designed so every module — and every layer of the workforce — has an agent that reasons across the same record.
- Configuration as a professional services line. If localizing HR requires a six-month implementation, the software failed. Country packs are software, not a services engagement.
What we're building
- · One employee record with country identifiers built in — Aadhaar/PAN/UAN, SSN, NI, SIN, TFN.
- · One codebase for every country, with pack-level configuration for statutory items, currency, cadence, and filing formats.
- · An org chart of AI agents — Executive, Manager, Function specialists (Recruiter, HR, Payroll, Compliance, Performance, Learning), and an Employee assistant.
- · A voice hub abstracted across the actual telephony providers you already use.
“If your HR platform needs a country port, it isn't a platform. HRPortal.ai is one platform. Countries are configuration.”
Where we are honestly
We're early. We're building with a small group of design partners who see this the way we do and are willing to shape the product. If that sounds like your company — a global CHRO tired of vendor sprawl, ready for a partner with a point of view — we'd like to talk.
Built by the HRPortal product team.
